We work with the local authorities across the region gaining consents for our clients where required including special considerations for National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Listed Buildings, Conservation areas, Change of Use and other regulatory approvals.

Building Control
Most projects will require building regulation approval and we can provide the detailed construction drawings and specifications including any mandatory structural calculations or specialist details to achieve this for you.

Project input
The above services will provide you with all the approved documentation to gather estimates, commission contractors and start construction, if required we can assist further to help manage the process or provide ad hoc assistance with interior scheme layouts and choice of materials and fittings to help complete your project.
